Guidelines regarding oral presentation and poster preparation:

A person giving oral presentation is asked to prepare a short (around 15 min.) multimedia presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. In case a Session Chairman decided to shorten/prolong the time designated for a particular presentation the lecturer will be informed as soon as possible via e-mail send to a person that submitted the Abstract in our system (https://systemcoffee.pl/index.php). An oral presentation in .ppt format should be delivered to the Conference's Office during the first day of the Congress, preferably while registering, but no later than 2 hrs before the beginning of a given Session. Please be informed that multimedia presentations in formats different than .ppt will not be accepted. 

A person presenting their research during poster session is asked to prepare and print the poster in B1 form (707 x 1000 mm, Portrait orientation). A printed poster presentation should be delivered to the Conference's Office during the first day of the Congress, preferably while registering, but no later than 2 hrs before the beginning of a given Session. A person may get back their poster after a Session terminates - we ask the authors to remove the posters themselves. Any poster still in place 1 hr after the end of a Session will be removed by the Congress's technical stuff.
