PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
Dear All,
The International Cooperation Office cordially invites the academic community of the Medical University of Bialystok and residents of the Podlasie Voivodeship to take part in the photography contest entitled:
"PODLASKIE PARADISE"
Contest description
The subject of the contest is taking and sending photographs showing the beauty of Podlasie, in particular:
- Bialowieza National Park
- Biebrza National Park
- Narew National Park
- Wigry National Park
- Holy Mountain of Grabarka
- Holy Water Sanctuary
- Mosques in Bohoniki and Kruszyniany
- Land of Open Shutters
- Herbal Corner in Koryciny
- Jurassic Dinosaur Park
- Arboretum in Kopna Góra
- Tykocin
- Supraśl
- Augustów
as well as other beautiful or unique places located in Podlasie.
The photographs will be evaluated by a commission consisting of prof. dr hab. Tomasz Hryszko - Rector's Plenipotentiary for International Cooperation and employees of the International Cooperation Office. The most interesting and creative photographs will be published, among others, in the myMUB application. It is a currently created mobile application dedicated to foreign students and guests of the Medical University of Bialystok. Launch of the myMUB mobile application is aimed at improving the comfort of studying of foreign students at MUB and comfort of the stay of foreign scientists and guests, as well as their quick integration with the entire MUB academic community.
To take part in the contest, please send 1-5 photographs showing the beauty of Podlasie in good resolution, i.e. 1920x1080 pixels.
The file containing the photograph(s) should be named as follows: NAME_SURNAME_WORK_TITLE.JPG.
Photographs should be sent by 01.09.2020 before 15:30 directly to the e-mail address international@umb.edu.pl.
Provided prizes:
1st place – wireless headphones + smartband
2nd place – smartband + quick-drying towel
3rd place – Bluetooth speaker + sports bag
