We are pleased to announce the ranking of the Medical University of Bialystok in the Times Higher Education by subject. The University has been placed in the 801 -1000 range in the Medical and Health category.
The ‘Times Higher Education World University Rankings’, prepared by the British magazine ‘Times Higher Education’, are a compilation of the best universities in the world. They have been published annually since 2010. ‘THE’ university rankings are seen, along with the Academic Ranking of World Universities and the QS World University Rankings, as one of the three most closely followed rankings of their kind.
The Medical and Health subject rankings use the same objective and reliable performance indicators as the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025, but the methodology has been recalibrated to suit each subject area.
The Medical University of Bialystok was ranked 7th nationally, with Wroclaw Medical University taking first place. Our University scored particularly well in the Teaching and Industry categories. In the same bracket (801 -1000) were, in addition to MUB, among others, the Medical University of Lublin and Poznan University of Medical Sciences.
The International Cooperation Department, under the direction of the Rector's Plenipotentiary for International Cooperation - Prof. Tomasz Hryszko, MD, PhD, was responsible for the submission of the data.
Many thanks to all those involved in the reporting process. We are glad that the daily work of all MUB employees is noticed and appreciated in the international space!
