Two students from Karaganda State Medical University and four students from Tbilisi Medical Academy received certificates of completion of their month-long international internships at the Medical University of Bialystok. The internships took place between 4 August 2025 and 29 August 2025. The students trained at:
- Department of Vascular Surgery and Transplantation,
- 2nd Clinical Department of General and Gastroenterological Surgery,
- Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery.
This is the first time we have had the pleasure of hosting students from Georgia, specifically from the Medical Academy in Tbilisi. We hope to repeat this cooperation next year.
The International Cooperation Department encourages MUB students to participate in international internship programmes. International professional experience is an extremely valuable part of education, allowing students to broaden their horizons, acquire new skills and establish valuable international contacts.
