Professor Robert Flisiak, head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Hepatology of MUB, was invited to work at EASL - LANCET COMMISSION ON LIVER DISEASE IN EUROPE.
The Commission aims to identify the current epidemiological situation, priorities and challenges, as well as the necessary preventive and therapeutic actions in the field of liver disease in Europe. The Commission is chaired by professors Michael Manns and Patrizia Burra. The Commission's patrons include the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) and The Lancet, which will also publish the results of its work.
