On May 14, 2019, during the celebration of the 18th Polish Pharmacy Day, winners of the 6th edition of the Leader of Pharmaceutical Sciences Competition were awarded.
We are pleased to inform you that dr Ilona Zaręba (from the Department of Drug Chemistry) took the second place and at the same time the MUB’s Faculty of Pharmacy was awarded the silver medal of the Scientia Nobilitat.
The title of the awarded doctoral dissertation is: "Effect of proline availability on the POX-dependent apoptosis / autophagy process in MCF-7 breast cancer cells". The promoter of the dissertation was prof. Jerzy Pałka.
The Scientia Nobilitat medal is awarded to the Faculty Staff in recognition of the outstanding learning outcomes.
