On September 20, 2021, during the XV Scientific Congress of the Polish Ultrasound Society, prof. Urszula Łebkowska became an Honorary Member of the Polish Ultrasound Society. Prof. Łebkowska is the head of the Department of Radiology at the Medical University of Bialystok.
An honorary member of PUS can be a person of outstanding scientific position, meritorious for Polish ultrasound. The awarding of the honorary membership is decided by the Society's General Meeting of Delegates at the request of the Main Board.
