On January 11, 2023 The General Assembly of Members at the 15th Congress of the College of Laboratory Medicine in Poland awarded Professor Maciej Szmitkowski the title of Honorary Member of the College.
Prof. dr hab. Maciej Szmitkowski is also an Honorary Member of the Polish Society of Laboratory Diagnostics.
Currently, M. Szmitkowski is also a member of the technical group in the Health Safety Committee of the European Union, an expert of the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification and a representative of MUB’s Rector and chairman of the Team for postgraduate education of laboratory diagnosticians at the Medical University of Bialystok.
