We are happy to announce the great success of the Choir of the Medical University of Bialystok under the direction of prof. Anna Moniuszko, who took part in the Cracow International Choir Competition "Cracovia Cantans" last weekend. Competition presentations in the Adult Choirs and Sacred Music categories gained the highest score, bringing the ensemble two 1st places and Golden Diplomas. The international jury composed of Margrethe Ek (Norway), Ko Matsushita (Japan), Rihards Dubra (Latvia), Ambrož Čopi (Slovenia), Włodzimierz Siedlik (Poland), also decided to award the Choir with the GRAND PRIX Award of the competition and qualification for the World Choral Championship which will take place in Rimini (Italy) in 2024.
