The Medical University of Bialystok has begun work on creating the University’s professional bilingual corporate identity system (CIS), i.e. a precise description of the procedures and graphic designations.
As part of the CIS, brand books are going to be developed, including a brand book and a corporate identity system standards book. Moreover, a 75th anniversary logo of the university, a logotype for each faculty, as well as different colour variants of the aforementioned logos will be devised.
The following will likewise be designed: a letterhead, business cards and envelopes, folders, a graphic pattern of advertising materials (including leaflet’s, pen’s, notebook’s), a multimedia presentation template, as well as a minimum of 10 graphic templates to be used on social media and/or the university website. Aside from visual elements, contact formulas for the various types of communication, including greeting phrases for phone conversations will be established.
The system should be realized by the end of February 2025.
To carry out this task, the Evaluation Committee chose Scriba Jakub Rola, a company with more than 20 years of experience in the implementation of corporate identity systems. The company has created identification systems and visual materials for, among others, the Polish National Academic Exchange Agency, the National Centre for Research and Development, and the Polish Embassy in Washington.
The implementation of the CIS is made possible thanks to the co-financing of the project entitled "East or West MUB is the best. Promotion of the Medical University of Bialystok on the global scene."
The International Cooperation Department alongside the Promotion and Recruitment Office are in charge of the coordination of the work concerning the implementation of the CIS.
The project is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under the Welcome to Poland (2023) programme.
