Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We, the Local Organizing Committee, have a great pleasure and honor to invite You to participate in the XXVII International Congress of the Polish Physiological Society in Bialystok, Poland.
The Congress will be held at the premises of the Faculty of Health Sciences from 21st to 23rd September 2017. The Congresses have a longstanding tradition of presenting exeptional quality scientific reports as well as bringing high class scientists together and I am confident that this year will be no different. Moreover, it provides an excellent oportunity to exchange ideas and establish new scientific cooperation, listen to state of the arts lectures and participate in exquisite symposia.
The congress venue is located nearby Branicki Palace at the premisses of Medical University of Bialystok. We invite you to visit famous landmarks such as Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic as well as numerous museums and other cultural heritage sights.
We look forward to welcoming You in Bialystok during our upcoming meeting.
Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee
Guidelines regarding oral presentation and poster preparation:
A person giving oral presentation is asked to prepare a short (around 15 min.) multimedia presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. In case a Session Chairman decided to shorten/prolong the time designated for a particular presentation the lecturer will be informed as soon as possible via e-mail send to a person that submitted the Abstract in our system (https://systemcoffee.pl/index.php). An oral presentation in .ppt format should be delivered to the Conference's Office during the first day of the Congress, preferably while registering, but no later than 2 hrs before the beginning of a given Session. Please be informed that multimedia presentations in formats different than .ppt will not be accepted.
A person presenting their research during poster session is asked to prepare and print the poster in B1 form (707 x 1000 mm, Portrait orientation). A printed poster presentation should be delivered to the Conference's Office during the first day of the Congress, preferably while registering, but no later than 2 hrs before the beginning of a given Session. A person may get back their poster after a Session terminates - we ask the authors to remove the posters themselves. Any poster still in place 1 hr after the end of a Session will be removed by the Congress's technical stuff.
