    Department of Haematological Diagnostics is located in the complex of Clinical Hospital buildings. There are four units within DHD: haematology, cytology, coagulology and immunology. DHD provides routine and specialistic haematology procedures for in- and out-patients. DHD gives professional advice in a range of laboratory diagnostics such as anaemias, leukaemias and hemostatic disorders. The routine tests are fully automated. Analysers and procedures meet the requirements of the best world standards. DHD regularly participates in Polish and international quality control program. Laboratory personnel included staff with the best professional competence in the laboratory medicine field. Whole blood and bone marrow aspirates are used in the majority of test procedures.
