In the Pediatric Surgery Clinic we treat children aged from 1 day to 18 years old. The scope of surgical procedures includes surgery of complex congenital defects, surgery of: CNS, lungs, digestive tract, urinary tract, facial surgery, oncologic surgery, trauma and treatment of severe burns. In the treatment of respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, and urogenital disorders, we use the methods of classical surgery and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, endourology). Our Clinic is all day on duty for children requiring surgical procedures and is a reference centre of pediatric surgery for this part of Poland.
