Smartphones, notebooks, headphones, electronic watches and other electronic equipment cannot be brought into the exam room. You will be able to leave them at the entrance to the room at your own risk, so we advise you not to take them with you at all.
We would like to remind you that in accordance with Order No. 26/2025 of the Rector of the Medical University of Białystok of February 17, 2025 (https://bip.umb.edu.pl/pl/zarzadzenie/5027/zarzadzenie-nr-26-2025) and the Study Regulations (https://bip.umb.edu.pl/pl/artykul/99/370/regulamin-studiow-i-stopnia-ii-stopnia-i-jednolitych-studiow-magisterskich), students are forbidden from using prohibited forms of assistance during exams. Prohibited forms of assistance include, but are not limited to:
- bringing mobile phones, other electronic devices (for example, but not limited to: watches, "spy" glasses and pens, headphones other devices with cameras or microphones), any accessories for such devices, textbooks, notes, etc., to the exam.
- using mobile phones or other electronic devices, any accessories for such devices, textbooks, notes, etc. during exams,
- using the help of other people.
If a student is found to be using an prohibited form of assistance, the exam will be interrupted and the Rector will be notified of the situation in order to initiate disciplinary proceedings. Interrupting the exam results in an unsatisfactory grade without the possibility of using any later form of improvement (and a board exam). Regardless of this, disciplinary proceedings may end with expulsion from the university and notification of law enforcement agencies about the suspicion of committing a crime.
Therefore, in order to avoid the slightest suspicion of using a prohibited form of assistance, for your own good, we recommend that you leave smartphones, headphones, electronic watches and other electronic devices that may arouse suspicion at home on the day of the exam.
