In addition to the clerkship sheet each student is obligated to present a certificate signed by an authorized person, informing about the completion of the student required number of hours. In the case if clerkships are pursued in several places , the student is required to provide a certificate issued at each location. It will be required to get credit in clerkships for a given year.
The student statement of the above will no longer be considered.
