    Działalność naukowa

     

    Problematyka badawcza zakładu obejmuje projektowanie i syntezę nowych leków przeciwnowotworowych. Prowadzimy rownież badania oddziaływań molekularnych otrzymanych związków z białkami i kwasami nukleinowymi przy wykorzystaniu metod modelowania cząsteczkowego i innych metod biofizycznych. W chwili obecnej skupiamy się na badaniach oddziaływań nieinterkalacyjnych związków przeciwnowotworowych z B-DNA oraz projektowaniu i syntezie proleków uwalniających substancję aktywną pod wpływem enzymów związanych z procesami nowotworowymi.
