All guests also enjoyed a shared meal featuring kartacze and pad thai, available in both meat and vegetarian versions.
After the cooking session, participants and guests had the opportunity to taste all the prepared dishes. Each team demonstrated great creativity, and the meals impressed with their flavor and presentation.
The event was organized by the Zmokła Kura Culinary Studio in cooperation with Ms. Urszula Roszkowska from the International Cooperation Department of the Medical University of Bialystok.
The event was financed through a project funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the Welcome to Poland program (2023).
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all participants and guests for the wonderful atmosphere!
