Let's go on our very first run!
Warm up at 13:00, then
30 mins of running.
No distance target - yet.
You can stop anytime along the track. There will always be some of us running at lower speed, also covering less distance. You can group up accordingly in the beginning.
Future trainings will be more custom. We therefore would highly appreciate your presence in the benchmark!
