The Medical University of Bialystok has once again been included in the prestigious Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025. The university ranked between 1201 -1500, tied with the Medical University of Lublin and the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan.
The Times Higher Education World University Ranking is a ranking of the best universities in the world prepared by the British magazine Times Higher Education. It has been published annually since 2010. The THE university ranking is considered, alongside the Academic Ranking of World Universities and the QS World University Rankings, as one of the three most widely followed rankings of its kind.
The ranking is based on 18 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure the performance of institutions in five areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry and international outlook. The categories that received particularly high ratings at the MUB were: research quality and industry.
