We are pleased to announce the next edition of the Eunice Research Summer School, organised in collaboration with the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP). The event will take place at the prestigious La Magdalena Palace in Santander (Spain) as part of the activities of the EUNICE alliance.
This year's edition, coordinated by the University of Catania under the direction of Prof. Salvatore Corrente and Prof. Carlo Trigony, is entitled: ‘Innovating Solutions: Micro-Nano Technologies and Sensors for Global Challenges’.
Date: last week of June 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed)
Format: Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) – online and face-to-face classes in Santander
The invitation is addressed to academic staff interested in collaborating on one of the five thematic modules:
- Sustainable agriculture
- Protection of cultural heritage
- Environmental protection
- Healthcare
- Smart energy and mobility
Participation includes co-creating course content, conducting online classes and mandatory participation in the face-to-face part in Santander.
Travel and accommodation costs may be covered by Erasmus+ funds (in cooperation with the university's International Cooperation Office).
