Centre for Regenerative Medicine – Your space for scientific discovery

The Centre for Regenerative Medicine (CMR) is a modern research platform at the Medical University of Bialystok, created for scientists and PhD students. Our mission is to facilitate access to modern research equipment, technical support, and specialized training – so that everyone can fully develop their scientific potential.

Inspired by the best research centres in the USA and Western Europe, we break down barriers to access to infrastructure and create an open space that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge exchange, and open science.

Our laboratories

• Cell Culture – including laminar flow tables, automated magnetic separation systems, cell isolation and counters and more. 

• Immunohistochemistry – cryostat, microtome, slide embedding machine and more. 

• Flow Cytometry – BD Symphony A1 analyzer, BD FACSAria III sorter, BD Rhapsody scRNAseq system. 

• Microscopy – Leica and Zeiss classic and fluorescent microscopes, Leica Stelaris 5 confocal microscope. 

• DNA and RNA – thermal cyclers, analyzers, and laminar flow cabinets with full air evacuation.

• Protein Analysis – Western Blot system, Varioscan Lux plate reader, Luminex200 system.
