The link for electronic registration for the Doctoral School will be active from June 24 to July 8, 2025.

Instructions for Electronic Registration for Candidates to the Doctoral School

1. In order to register in the Online Candidate Recruitment system, candidates must create an account between June 24 and July 8, 2025, by providing their first name, last name, email address, and password.
Please note: The email address provided will also serve as the login – be careful to enter it correctly.
Candidates graduating this year are advised not to use their university email addresses, as the recruitment process continues until September 2025.

2. After registration, please check your email inbox and confirm the activation link sent from noreply_rekrutacja@umb.edu.pl.
This is an automatically generated message – do not reply to this email and do not use this address to contact the Promotion and Recruitment Office (see the contact details below).

3. Once your account is activated, log in using the previously entered email address and password.

4. Read and accept the statements available under the "My Declarations" tab regarding data protection and the use of personal data during the admission process to the Doctoral School.

5. Complete the "My Data" tab.

6. In the "My Fields of Study" tab, select the appropriate recruitment path (only one choice is allowed).

7. Return to the "My Data" tab to upload your photo and fill in other required information, including your address.

8. Complete the "My Education" tab. Provide information about your university degree and complete all required fields, including the exam area, proposed supervisor, and title of your research project.

For candidates who have not yet defended their Master's thesis, please enter "0" in the diploma number field.

9. In the "My Achievements" tab, enter your scientific achievements to date. Please provide full titles and accurate details for each entry.

Depending on the type of activity, include the following:

Scientific societies: provide the full name of the society and academic years of participation (e.g., 2019/2020, 2020/2021).
Conference presentations: include the title of the paper, name of the conference, and year. Each presentation must be entered separately.

Awards: provide the name of the award, year, and name of the conference where it was received. Only awards related to listed scientific achievements should be included. Each award should be entered as a separate item.
Publications: include the title of the publication and the journal/textbook/monograph title. Each publication should be entered separately.
Second degree or postgraduate studies: provide the name of the completed program and the university.
International internships/traineeships: provide the name of the institution and the duration of the stay. Add a separate entry for each program.
Participation in organizing university events/projects: provide the event title and the year it was held.
Patent application: provide the patent name and the date it was obtained.
Active participation in events promoting science: provide the event name and the date of participation.
