Application procedure for outgoing students 

ERASMUS Studies

You can spend one semester or an entire academic year studying at one of our partner Universities abroad under ERASMUS+ Programme.

The deadline for lodging applications for each academic year is 31 March.

Each candidate must submit the following documents:

1. Application questionnaire for study (download: STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE)
2. Certificate from the Dean’s Office and a transcript of average record of the past study years,
3. Foreign language competence certificate (according to the official language of instruction at the receiving university)
4. Record of any rewards, diplomas, proof of participation in student scientific conferences, sport or artistic activities, etc.

The documents should be submitted in paper form to Student Affairs Department (Branicki Palace, ground floor, room no. 26/144). 

NOTE: Because of the present COVID-19 situation application e-mail submissions are acceptable (scanned copies of documents):  erasmus@umb.edu.pl

ERASMUS Traineeship

A traineeship eligible for Erasmus funding, traineeships shall meet the following criteria:

• Last for a minimum of 2 months (and a maximum of 12)
• Take place during the period from 1 June  to 30 September.
• Take place within any EU Member States or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey.

Finding a destnation for a traineeship is usually the student’s responsibility.  

The deadline for lodging applications for each academic year is 1st March.

Each candidate must submit the following documents:

1. Application questionnaire for placement
2. Certificate from the Dean’s Office and a transcript of average records of the past study,
3. Foreign language competence certificate (according to the official language of instruction at the receiving university)
4. Record of any rewards, diplomas, proof of participation in student scientific conferences, sport or artistic activities, etc.
5. Letter of Intent from the Host institution as a proof of release for traineeship. 

The documents should be submitted in paper form to Student Affairs Department (Branicki Palace, ground floor, room no. 26/144).
