dr hab. Marta Płońska - Brzezińska (head of the Department of Organic Chemistry) received a scientific award from the Division of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn and in Białystok in the category "Science, technical and earth sciences" for interdisciplinary research using multi-layer fullerenes.
The basis for granting the PAN Scientific Award was the scientific achievements of the Laureate from the last three years, including a series of scientific publications (17 original works of IF = 53.5 and the number of ministerial posts 405) and 6 patent applications.
