The Medical University of Bialystok was ranked 1629th in the world, 549th in Europe and 31st in Poland in the ranking organized by the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR). Our university belongs to 8% of the best universities in the world participating in this ranking. Our Alma Mater was evaluated among over 20,000 universities classified in the CWUR ranking.
In the CWUR ranking, the evaluation of the University is based on 4 pillars:
- education (25% of the score),position of graduates on the labor market (25% of the score),
- staff (10% of the score),
- research (40% of the score), which includes the evaluation of research results, publications in top scientific journals and citations.
In recent months, the position of the MUB in the world rankings of universities has clearly strengthened. The Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) is another international ranking in which MUB has been recognized. Greater international recognition of the University is a reflection of innovative research and an increase in institutional potential, which are increasingly noticed by the organizers of foreign rankings.
The CWUR ranking has been published since 2012 and is the largest ranking in the world in terms of the number of evaluated universities. The seat of the organizer of the ranking is the United Arab Emirates.
