    Innovation Incubator 4.0 - film material

    On 26 April 2023, at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Bialystok, the project Incubator of Innovation 4.0, implemented as part of the consortium of the Institute of Innovation and Technology of the Bialystok University of Technology sp. z o.o., the Medical University of Bialystok and the University of Bialystok, has been summed up.

    During the meeting, six invited teams presented their projects implemented under the II 4.0 programme. The Medical University of Bialystok was represented by two researchers: Anna Puścion-Jakubik PhD in Pharmacy from the Department of Bromatology and Marlena Tynecka PhD from the Department of Regenerative Medicine and Immune Regulation.

    One of the points of the conference programme was the presentation of the film material, in which selected research teams from the MUB, the UoB and the BUT presented the effects of completed pre-implementation works. The Technology Transfer Office invited to the recordings two teams from the Medical University of Bialystok:

    • Department of Bromatology of the MUB – Functional food for patients with insulin resistance and people with Hashimoto's disease;
    • Laboratory of Genomics and Epigenetic Analyzes of Clinical Research Centre of the MUB – Set of miRNA biomarkers for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

    Innovation Incubator 4.0 is a project of the Ministry of Education and Science, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme. Its implementation is based on the promotion of scientific achievements, increasing their impact on the development of innovation and activating cooperation between the scientific community and the economic environment. II 4.0 is thus a platform for the implementation of one of the main goals of science and innovation policy in Poland, which is the development of research management skills, cooperation with enterprises in the field of the latest scientific achievements and commercialization of R&D results.
