During the Congress of the Polish Diabetes Society (May 18-20, 2023), new authorities of the Society for the years 2023-2027 were elected. The President of the Main Board of the Polish Diabetology Society was the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine with the Division of Dentistry and the Division of Medical Education in English, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine and Metabolic Diseases prof. dr hab. Irina Kowalska, and the Secretary - prof. dr hab. Monika Karczewska-Kupczewska.
